About Pat Busick

Pat Busick knows how to take the challenges out of buying and selling real estate, allowing her clients to focus on finding the right property to fit their lifestyle. She is candid, attentive and completely focused on her clients. Pat's ability to anticipate potential roadblocks, and have solutions waiting, allows her to excel in her role.
Before her career as a Real Estate Agent, Pat worked at Russell Investments for ten years with her last position as the Head of Operations for the Implementation Services Division. Having been a licensed General Securities Principal and Investment Advisor, Pat understands the importance and value of a good investment. This experience gives Pat the expertise she needs to best help her clients make the right decisions regarding residential and investment properties.

Currently, Pat resides in North Tacoma, but over the past 20 years she’s lived all over Pierce County, including Parkland, Central Tacoma, Gig Harbor, South Tacoma, Downtown Tacoma and Hilltop. Pat and her husband own multiple rental properties across Tacoma and Gig Harbor, and have enjoyed remodeling many of the homes they’ve lived in. Having also spent time raising children, she is familiar with the public and private schools in the area and the multitude of parks and recreational activities for kids. Her first-hand knowledge of the area makes her an excellent choice for both buyers and sellers.

Education: Masters of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. B.A. in Business Administration with an Economics Minor from Pacific Lutheran University.
Certifications include NASD Series 7 – General Securities Representative (2001- 2011), NASD Series 24 – General Securities Principal (2006- 2011), NASD Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent (2001- 2011), NASD Series 65 – Uniform Investment Adviser (2001 –2008).
