Kristin Niebergall began her Real Estate career in 2006 and offers both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. Kristin is a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 15 years of experience in the real estate business. She has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including luxury residential properties, condos, retirement homes and rental properties in Pierce County. Her recognized relationships and local experience, combined with Windermere’s national resources present an exclusive benefit to her clients.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Kristin obtained her MBA while working for USAA in Frankfurt, Germany. After returning to the US, she held Marketing and Project Management positions at Nike and Daimler. She decided to become a Real Estate Agent in 2006 and partnered with her mother, Mary Loovis, until Mary retired in 2010.
Kristin has a home in the great community of University Place and enjoys swimming at the YMCA, walking her yellow lab, Lucy, around the Chambers Bay Golf Course and cheering on both her daughter, Enya, who attends Curtis High School and plays soccer on the Washington Premier 05 ECNL team and her son, Luca, who attends Drum Intermediate and plays soccer, football and baseball.
She also volunteers her time supporting the Coffee Oasis, the first shelter in Pierce County for youth experiencing homelessness; Angel Tree Ministries, delivering Christmas gifts to children who have parents who are incarcerated; and Community Christmas at UPPC which provides Christmas gifts to families in need.
